Tihić once again stated that there should be no overvoting in SDA

Adil Osmanović, Vice-President of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA), stated in an interview for the BiH news agency Patria that in a letter sent today by Sulejman Tihić, President of SDA, to the party leadership and members of the Main Board, he once again emphasized the importance of unity within this party.

Specifically, Osmanović said, Tihić's calming letter requests that what happened at the second-to-last session of the party's Presidency, where 13 members of the Presidency were crudely outvoted, after which Bakir Alispahić was removed from the party's Cadre Commission, and which later proved to be unnecessary, i.e., it only further introduced unrest into SDA, should not happen again.

- President Tihić addressed us in a calming, fatherly manner. He asked the party leadership and the Main Board to consider Bosnia and Herzegovina and that the processes necessary for the country must not suffer due to the upcoming General Elections – Osmanović told Patria.

- President Tihić's messages are very important. Everyone should recognize themselves in them and find additional motivation to work for the benefit of the people and citizens of this country – he added.

When asked if disunity in the SDA party could also be seen today at the SDA Main Board session in Goražde, Osmanović said that the Main Board session is largely working, and that this party is adopting its economic plan for the next four years.

- More economic investments are needed for the business sector, strengthening Bosnia and Herzegovina, and creating a more favorable social climate in the country – Osmanović told Patria.
