FBiH TERMINALS Official car of Slaven Zeljko burned in Mostar, he used it despite ban measures

(Patria) - The car that burned on Saturday night to Sunday at the market in Splitska Street in Mostar is owned by Slaven Zeljko, writes the portal Bljesak.info.

According to unofficial information obtained by Hercegovina.info, it is actually an official Passat vehicle, and it is uncertain how Zeljko could have used it given the ban measures on performing duties as a management board member of Terminali Federacije BiH.

The Passat car burned from 00:25 to 00:45, and Mostar firefighters intervened.

Slaven Zeljko is a management board member of the company "Operator – Terminali Federacije" and, along with the President of the Management Board Hermedin Zornić, is suspected of criminal offenses of "abuse of position or authority" and "violation of equality in employment".

They were previously arrested on the order of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office. After the interrogation, the acting prosecutor proposed that the Municipal Court in Sarajevo impose restrictive measures on the suspects. They were proposed a ban on leaving their place of residence, confiscation of travel documents, a ban on holding office or engaging in certain activities, and a ban on contacting witnesses.

A previous decision was revoked, and on August 5, the Municipal Court again imposed measures on Zornić and Zeljko.

They are suspected of illegally hiring at least 15 people in the company "Operator - Terminali FBiH" during 2022 without announcing a public advertisement.

Slaven Zeljko came to the position of acting management board member in 2018 from the position of advisor to his party colleague from the Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HDZ BiH), Lidija Bradara, who at the time was the Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Parliament.
