House of Representatives of FBiH holds thematic session attended by Field, Kopač, Sinno

SARAJevo, (Patria) - The thematic session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament on fulfilling Bosnia and Herzegovina's obligations from the Treaty establishing the Energy Community – status of implementation in the Federation of BiH has begun.

The agenda with a single item was adopted, and numerous guests are attending the session, including British Ambassador Matt Field, as well as Deputy Head of the EU Delegation to BiH Khaldoun Sinno.

The session is also attended by the Director of the Energy Community Secretariat Janez Kopač, as well as ministers in the FBiH Government, and numerous directors of state-owned companies. 

Opening remarks at the session were given by the Chairman of the Committee on Energy, Mining and Industry of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament Safer Demirović, who stated, among other things, that the FBiH will not give up its natural resources, but will also not give up on EU membership and environmental protection rules.
