Football national team player and Manchester City striker, and as of two days ago the new captain of our national team, Edin Džeko is close with Bosnia and Herzegovina basketball national team player Mirza Teletović, and they can often be seen together on the streets of Sarajevo when they have days off, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.
Teletović expressed his friendship towards Džeko via the social network Facebook, congratulating him on the captain's armband.
- I am delighted by the news that Edin Džeko is the new captain of the Bosnia and Herzegovina football national team. You deserved the armband. Congratulations - wrote Teletović.
Along with this message, Teletović posted one of their numerous joint photos, but in this one Džeko is holding Mirza's jersey in his hands.
It is interesting that these two top athletes are now also linked by the captain's armband, given that Teletović has long been the captain of the Bosnia and Herzegovina basketball national team, writes NAP.
