Just adopted, and changes are needed: Council of Ministers of BiH considers Draft Amendments to the Law on HJPC BiH

(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina is expected to consider the Draft Amendments to the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH at its session scheduled for today.

According to the proposed agenda, ministers will also consider the Draft Amendments to the Law on the Agency for Provision of Air Navigation Services of BiH, as well as proposals for decisions on the establishment of the BiH border commission, and the establishment of a working group for drafting the law on demining in BiH, as well as a report on the execution of the budget of BiH institutions and international obligations from January to September this year.

Ministers will also consider the ranking list of successful candidates for the election of the Deputy Director of the Forensic Examination and Expert Witnessing Agency, information on the situation in the area of migration in BiH for the first nine months of this year, information on the plan of concrete measures to mitigate the migrant crisis, and the strategic framework for justice sector reform for the period from 2023 to 2027.
