Tegeltija announces lawsuit against SDA with accordion accompaniment over bribery claims

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, Milan Tegeltija, announced on his Twitter profile that he will file a defamation lawsuit against the SDA and the signatories of the public statement from the SDA Club in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, in which they react to the events concerning the BiH Prosecutor's Office - OSA Director Osman Mehmedagić.

The statement reads that "Gordana Tadić was not prepared to file charges against the President of the HJPC, Milan Tegeltija, even after a video appeared showing him clearly taking a bribe, while she 'formed a case' against the OSA director with an obvious political tendency."

"Next week, a defamation lawsuit against the SDA and the signatories of this statement," Tegeltija wrote, along with a link to the statement published in the media today. A little later, he also posted a video of himself playing the accordion as background music for the announced lawsuit.

Incidentally, Tegeltija was heard as a witness in the "Potkivanje" case and does not have the status of a suspect, although the recording made in a cafe in Banja Luka is compromising for Tegeltija because it shows him saying he will see with Dalida Burzić about the case filed by businessman Nermin Alešević. Alešević was connected to Tegeltija by SIPA inspector Marko Pandža, and the suspects in the case are precisely Alešević and Pandža.

The SDA club in the House of Representatives of the state assembly includes: Adil Osmanović (Club Chairman), Safet Softić (Deputy Club Chairman), Alma Čolo, Šemsudin Dedić, Halid Genjac, Nermin Mandra, Šemsudin Mehmedović, Edin Mušić, and Denis Zvizdić.
