Tegeltija with Salčin: In case of emergencies, there is a faster public procurement process

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Chairman of the Council of Ministers Zoran Tegeltija held a meeting today with the Director of the Public Procurement Agency of BiH Đenan Salčin on the possibilities of finding solutions for the difficult public procurement process, for which a large number of complaints have been received.

During the meeting, Director Salčin informed Chairman Tegeltija about the position of the Collegium of the Public Procurement Agency of BiH that the Law on Public Procurement of BiH defines a fast public procurement process in case of emergencies or circumstances.

Chairman Tegeltija, on this occasion, requested the Director of the Public Procurement Agency of BiH to inform all contracting authorities in BiH, primarily health institutions, of this position by the end of today.
