Tegeltija did not attend Parliament session, discussion on HJPC Annual Report postponed

We are almost at the end of 2017, and the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament will not discuss the Annual Report of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) for 2016 today, because the HJPC president Milan Tegeltija did not attend the session, writes the Patria News Agency.

Otherwise, this would have been one of the most interesting agenda items, as it is known that the members of the Constitutional-Legal Committee did not acknowledge the HJPC's 2016 Report.

Milan Tegeltija was prevented from attending both the Committee session and today's session of the House of Representatives due to health problems. The SDA Club requested that this item be removed from the agenda, which was adopted.

Due to a serious injury, the doctor prescribed Tegeltija six weeks of rest.
