THE LINE BETWEEN FASCISM AND ANTI-FASCISM IS THIN. Everything has its limits, especially Bosnian charity.

Not so long ago, some people's blankets, and grandmothers and grandmothers hung signs in their barber shops: "Dogs and Jews are forbidden entry!". Not so long ago, white ribbons were tied on the arms of the non-Serb population of Prijedor. We are among those who renew memories. Repetition is the mother of knowledge!

The past has taught us almost nothing. The past has left only a pile of documented and less documented crimes. Which are already gathering dust, leaving enough temporal and spatial distance for us to convince ourselves that we are honorable Serbs, decent Croats, and good Bosniaks.

Everything has its limits, especially Bosnian charity and mercy. Remember the scandal over the Hungarian journalist who was filmed tripping a migrant holding a child in his arms as he tried to cross the border. Do you remember calling for justice from God, Father, Allah, and all possible saints?

The memory has not even faded, and already employees of the security sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina are kicking migrants in official premises of shopping centers. Krajina is showing these days that there is nothing inexhaustible, not even Bosnian kindness. About 50,000 half-shoeless migrants have paraded through Krajina so far.

The twentieth thousandth was the last straw. The twentieth thousandth started to stink, the twentieth thousandth started to steal, the twentieth thousandth was an ISIS member because of trouble... and so on! "Welcome migrants" was soon replaced with "M. where did you come from" and "Migrants strictly forbidden entry".

Catering facilities, shops, and shopping centers in Krajina refuse to admit migrants. There are few cafes where anyone whose skin color and head shape do not match European physiognomy will be welcomed. In the migrant crisis, a considerable number of people, professionals, have found employment in Krajina.

Highly educated people, from the Arabic-speaking region, probably the only ones competent to work with the migrant population. Krajina is becoming their house arrest. The only routes they take are to their place of employment and home. Wherever they go beyond that, it is made clear to them that they are not welcome. The xenophobia that has taken hold in Krajina is absurd and grotesque, and with the arrival of spring, it will likely spread to other regions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The arbitrariness of the local population, caused by the state's failure to do its job, has led to them being legitimized by saleswomen in shopping centers.

They find it very difficult to find apartments because every other rental advertisement ends with "WE DO NOT RENT TO MIGRANTS!". People in other parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina are no different from those in Krajina. The people of Krajina, or the myth of their hospitality, are equally good and narrow-minded people. They too are just collateral damage in this game, seeing the danger in an external factor – migrants – to defend themselves. Instead of in the state, or more precisely in political Sarajevo, which turned its back on migrants the moment EU funds bypassed it.

Of course, Bosnia and Herzegovina is not a humanitarian organization, nor a mercy. The state is, or at least should be. Two newly formed fan groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina are pro- and anti-migrant. Both are equally subjective in their views.

While some constantly try to nurture the spirit of Bosnian mercy, sharing what they have and don't have, others (at least the federal ones) are playing the Bosnian version of Marie Le Pen's National Front, creating collective schizophrenia through identity division. Muslims against Muslims! David against David.

It is not up to the citizens or nationals of a country to play fan groups in the migrant crisis. Politics is primarily responsible for this, and it must have its mechanisms for protecting the state, citizens, and equally, by taking care of the third party, in this case, taking care of migrants.

The line between fascism and anti-fascism is thin. Our mayor Skaka knows this best, whose tongue relentlessly goes in the right direction, infallibly revealing the greatest lie of the twentieth century, "Victory over anti-fascism," pardon, the mayor quickly corrects himself, "Victory over fascism," while the greatest truth ever spoken opens his third eye like a lightning flash. Leading us to collective enlightenment.

The greatest delusion of the twentieth century is that fascism was defeated. The expansion of fascism at any time, including the 1940s, was enabled by psychological forces within each individual.

The psychological and biological mechanism that, in moments of threat to the weakness of one's own ego, finds the culprit in an external cause. Hitler's National Socialist movement was merely a cohesive factor that gave a denominator and identified the enemy in millions of disenfranchised people in Europe at the time – Jews are to blame for everything! Slightly less so for Roma and Serbs.

Krleža once cried out, "God save me from Serbian heroism, Croatian culture, and, I would add, Bosnian kindness." The year 2020 has arrived, and even 2040 is not far away.
