Minister Marić's Computer Secrets

Although abrupt, confusing to the uninformed, yet expected and predictable departure of the Croatian Government's Minister of State Property Goran Marić. The brief content of the minister's resignation suggests that something is brewing behind the scenes, leading to crime on a massive scale. Incidentally, I wonder how my (Bosnian-Herzegovinian) Goran Marići, brothers in the same kind of "crime", of which there are quite a few, are experiencing all this. Goran and they have been squandering the generous pasture of unprotected state property.

The formal legal proposer of the amendment to Article 71 of the Law on Management of State Property of the Republic of Croatia was precisely the self-deposed Goran Marić. It is already well known to the public what consequences for the budget of BiH and its entities resulted, first from the concealment of years of theft of BiH property in Croatia, and then, by ignoring the international agreement on succession and unilaterally disputing the very right of ownership of that property, and its brazen reduction to "property without an owner". This was just an introduction to the ultimate goal - the complete dispossession and negation of neighboring state property sovereignty of BiH. One might say, nothing new from the neighbors.

While dealing with succession and state property, many people approached me. Their motives were varied, moral, less moral, and immoral. It was then that I learned that the Republic of Croatia has what BiH institutions have never managed to create, the famous register of Bosnia and Herzegovina's property on its territory, both immovable and movable. BiH authorities never even asked for it, and it is hard to believe that it would even be made available to them by the Government of the Republic of Croatia. By the nature of its jurisdiction, the "master" of the complete register was precisely the Ministry of State Property of the Republic of Croatia and its uncrowned master, Minister Goran Marić.

Goran Marić stored in his knowledge, and probably in his business computer, all the secrets of decades of theft of BiH's succession property in Croatia (it is to be believed that this also applies to the property of other successor countries, e.g., Serbia). Marić's knowledge is a sufficient shield for protection in potential criminal proceedings, and by protecting themselves, many transitional tycoons and rulers will be forced to wholeheartedly defend Marić's "sins". If this shield does not withstand, Pandora's box of regional transnational organized crime will be opened. Many former holders of power and responsible positions will not be spared, not only in the transit former SFRY, but also in known and unknown privatization and investment funds around the world, especially those in PO boxes of offshore companies on remote world islands.

Those who had access to Marić's computer were honored, privileged, far from the owner's eyes, they had the opportunity to choose attractive locations of other people's property from a catalog, and this was an almost completed story to fulfill their desires of owning it. Goran and the Gorans were at their service, skillfully navigating through a forest of decrees, laws, and sub-legal acts, easily finding ways to satisfy their wishes without consequences. This is how new and current business elites emerged in the transitional period of the newly formed ex-Yugoslav states.

And in the end, it is not superfluous to state that for Marić and the Marići, only a small part of BiH's property in Croatia could have easily been a salvation and preservation for the bankrupt and struggling BiH "giants" and tens of thousands of their impoverished employees. Not intentionally, but with a clear reason, I claim that the hardships of Aluminij, Krivaja, Energoinvest, Incel, Rudi Čajavec, and many other disappeared BiH companies would have been surmountable. Unfortunately, even the person with two countries, the one by birth - BiH, and the one by living - RH, Goran Marić from Grude, did not have the sensibility to offer a helping hand with the power of his position.

God, I wonder once again how my Bosnian-Herzegovinian Marići feel.
