Tadić again did not appear before the Investigative Committee, offered 11 new dates

(Patria) - At the session of the Provisional Investigative Committee of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PSBiH) for determining the situation in judicial institutions, it was stated that the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, Gordana Tadić, did not respond to the summons to appear for testimony before this Committee.

The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, Gordana Tadić, again informed the Provisional Investigative Committee that due to previously undertaken, but unavoidable obligations, she is unable to attend today's session. In this regard, the Provisional Investigative Committee adopted a conclusion inviting the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, Gordana Tadić, to appear for testimony before the Committee on one of the following dates: 30.09. starting from 12:00; 01.10. starting from 15:00; 02.10. starting from 12:00; 05.10. starting from 15:00; 06.10. starting from 12:00; 07.10. starting from 12:00; 08.10. starting from 15:00; 09.10. starting from 12:00; 10.12. starting from 15:00; 13.10. starting from 12:00; 14.10. starting from 12:00.

The Chief Prosecutor should inform the officials of the PSBiH Secretariat, who provide expert and administrative-technical support to the Provisional Investigative Committee, about the choice of date for testimony at least five days in advance.

At today's session, a conclusion was also adopted to summon the president of the Association of Bankruptcy Trustees of the Federation of BiH, Hamdija Muratović, as well as the president of the Solidarity Union of Tuzla Canton, Sakib Kopić, and the vice-president of that Union, Enes Tanović, to testify before the Provisional Investigative Committee. The Provisional Investigative Committee also adopted a conclusion requesting the Public Procurement Agency of BiH to provide information and possibly a report on its actions towards the Prosecutor's Office of BiH regarding violations and abuses of the Public Procurement Law in 2020.

A conclusion was also adopted by which the Provisional Investigative Committee requests information from the Prosecutor's Office of BiH on whether any actions have been taken regarding the examination of allegations published in the media, which relate to the illegal actions of the director of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, Miro Džakula - violation of legal provisions during the employment of Jelena and Jana Majstorović.

Regarding the petitions that citizens send to the Provisional Investigative Committee, it was concluded that information about all petitions will be published on the PSBiH website, in chronological order of receipt, with the date of receipt and the initials of the petitioner, while respecting the principles of transparency and legal provisions on personal data protection.
