SARAJevo, (Patria) - The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council is electing the Chief State Prosecutor today.
The President of the HJPC, Milan Tegeltija, explained that five members of the Sub-Council had previously interviewed the candidates, but that other members would also be able to question them today.
According to the ranking list before the presentation of work programs, Gordana Tadić had 134.2 points, Diana Kajmaković 133, and Munib Halilović 131.6.
Two members of the HJPC, Jadranka Lokmić-Misirača and Slavo Lakić, must recuse themselves from voting because they come from the same institutions as the candidates.
