Exactly crazy...

You have to be „exactly crazy“ to claim that crimes of horrifying proportions were not committed in Bosnia and Herzegovina. You have to be crazier than the planners and perpetrators of those crimes, even crazier than RK himself, because he is not crazy enough to base his defense on refuting obvious facts, but instead hired a master of procedures and technicalities as his lawyer and „defended“ himself by challenging the process... We didn't need reactions to the verdict to realize we live in a „madhouse“.

And well... he was convicted... to life imprisonment, just like the one before him. One as a military and the other as a political creator and executor... Aside from the small satisfaction for those to whom these two named individuals and many other unnamed ones caused the greatest pain, it is unlikely that after the second verdict – just as after the first – anything will change.

But I must ask: What now?

Is there an obligation of any institution or instrument of the international community that will, for any reason – all of which are completely legitimate – decide to put the infamous Dayton Peace Accords with all their Annexes ad acta and initiate a process of redefining the internal status of Bosnia and Herzegovina, its administrative structure and malignant organization, which – as has been ruled several times, and again yesterday – are the result and consequence of genocide, crimes against humanity, and violations of the laws and customs of war?

Expecting something like that to happen from within is dangerous and tantamount to expecting a can to open itself. Namely, a can opens from the inside only if its contents have expired to such an extent that they have spoiled so much that the can swells and explodes. And the Bosnian can has never needed much for those two critical factors to occur. Moreover, nothing resembling the reform of BiH from within is simply possible or logical, because all its institutions, including the Constitutional Court, are obliged to preserve its constitutional order. In other words, you have to be crazier than the „exactly crazy“ and overpaid bureaucrats from the legislative to the executive branch to expect them to abolish themselves.

As for political entities... as much as they are or are not representatives of the will of even their own peoples (and they are not, because those three national representations /MD introduced sports terminology into political vocabulary, although medical terminology would be incomparably more adequate on multiple grounds/ truly are a result indicator of the will of those who voted, but in this specific case they are only an indicator of the imperfection of democracy, for which even its inventor stated that a system in which three idiots can outvote two geniuses stands on shaky ground... In other words, what decision can be legally valid, legal and legitimate if – democratically – it was not voted for by more than half of the voters (abstainers and invalid ballots) who are a direct indicator of dissatisfaction with the offered options? But that is not so important now... Loving this country and loving its guardians are two ends of an extremely long stick. It is enough to conclude that we cannot hope for anything good from these.

Therefore, the only logical thing is from the outside... that is, some „international community“ and some reform that will enable all people equal rights in all parts of the country, whatever they may be called... both people and parts of the country.

Is there even a theoretical possibility that someone – anyone – in the current arrangement and deployment of geostrategic interests, where the Balkans only serve to demonstrate strength and power, would dare to make a decision, raise a question and initiate a process of banning the denial of the Court's and Mechanism's verdicts, and raise their voice against the continuation of implementing joint criminal enterprises, not to mention propose strict sanctions against anything and anyone who even thinks, let alone publicly promotes and bases policy on ending the war by other means? Namely, will anyone ever be held accountable for the continued persecution, deportations, terrorizing of civilians, and taking the inhabitants of an entire country hostage from January 1996 until today? Or will everyone pretend to be „exactly crazy“ and continue as if nothing particularly is happening, neither then nor now...

I mean to say that, if no one thinks of changing – everything – here, restructuring and reforming... and if no one does anything in that direction, the „Dayton Bosnia and Herzegovina“ will abstract the significance of any and every verdict of any international court, tribunal or mechanism... and the two convicted for committing will be less guilty than the multitude of anonymous clerks who will pretend to be „exactly crazy“ and by inaction condemn – if they haven't already – an uncountable multitude of yet unborn to life imprisonment in a country left to the „exactly crazy“ heirs and continuers of the policies of war criminals.
