Everyone to the mountains: Roads are passable, increased vehicle traffic towards ski centers

Traffic on the roads in BiH is proceeding without longer delays with moderate vehicle traffic, according to BIHAMK, reports the Patria News Agency.

We draw attention to frequent landslides of soil or rocks on the road, and we particularly highlight the following routes: Bugojno-Novi Travnik, Sarajevo-Foča, Jajce-Banja Luka and Brod na Drini-GP Hum.

Increased vehicle traffic is expected during the day towards the ski centers: Jahorina, Bjelašnica, Igman and Vlašić, and all access roads are cleared and passable.

We appeal to drivers to adjust their driving to the current road conditions, and not to set off without winter equipment.

Traffic on the A1 highway is proceeding without extraordinary restrictions. On the A-1 Zenica-Tarčin section, the road is wet in places, while on the A-1 Zvirovići-Bijača section, the road is mostly dry.

At the Bosanska Gradiška border crossing, there is a waiting time of about 30 minutes for entry into BiH. There are no longer delays at other border crossings.
