Everything Ready for Red Bull Showrun, Formula 1 Car to Speed Through Sarajevo

(Patria) - Everything is ready for the long-awaited Red Bull Showrun event.

Tens of thousands of people are expected in Sarajevo, where they will watch the Red Bull Showrun, an octane spectacle that only a few cities in the world have the opportunity to host.

Extensive preparations have been completed, so the capital of BiH is ready to welcome the audience and the big show.

The track on which the Formula 1 car, as well as other wheeled "machines", will race has been fully prepared according to all regulations, and spectators from all over BiH and the region will be able to watch the events for free from the immediate vicinity of the fence, as well as from the set up and already sold-out stands.

The center of events is the section between Marijin Dvor and the Technical School, i.e., the National Museum of BiH, which is shown on the map.

The champion car RB7 will be driven by the famous British F1 driver David Coulthard, who will unleash the power and sound of the V8 engine as he passes by tens of thousands of spectators, and he will certainly treat them to the indispensable "donuts" with the smell of burnt tires, which every fan of octane sports loves.

In addition to Coulthard, other big stars have also arrived at the Red Bull Showrun, including Arunas Gibieža, who will perform stunts from his rich repertoire on his motorcycle. Fans of drifting, an increasingly popular motorsport, will also get their money's worth, as they will be able to enjoy the performance of the phenomenal Red Bull Driftbrothers duo in their powerful drift cars. In addition, Red Bull has also taken care of a great musical experience and a top atmosphere.

The program hosts will be the popular Sarajevo duo Helem Nejse, Čika Gagara and Stihomir Klepić, while they will be assisted in the expert part of the program by the well-known F1 commentator Srđan Erceg. In the Partners Village, all citizens will be able to visit partner promotional corners and experience unique activations.

Gates open at 11:00 AM, while entrances are distributed across a total of 10 locations, from the direction of Pofalići, Skenderija, Vrbanja, Wilson's Promenade, and Franca Lehara Street. The start of the main program of the event is scheduled for 2 PM and will last until 4 PM.

Bringing pyrotechnic devices, glass objects, cans, PET packaging, and other items that may be dangerous to visitors is not allowed in the event zone. Also, the use of drones not belonging to the organizer is not allowed, and in case they appear, they will be shot down.

Due to the expected large number of spectators, visitors are advised to use public city transport and alternative transport, as well as to use parking spaces that are not in the immediate zone of the Red Bull Showrun event.

As for traffic regime changes, trams will run to Čengić Vila, but bus and trolleybus traffic will be increased. Also, a smaller number of Sarajevo streets will be closed to traffic from 00:00 to 8:00 PM, so citizens will be redirected to alternative routes. Traffic will be suspended in a part of Maršala Tita Street, from the intersection of Hiseta and Alipašina to the intersection of Maršala Tita and Vrbanja streets, as well as in a part of Zmaja od Bosne Street, including side streets in the immediate zone of the event.

Red Bull Showrun Sarajevo will be realized with the support of the Ministry of Transport KS, the Ministry of Culture and Sports KS, the Tourist Board KS, and the companies Bingo, Hifa Petrol, Telemach, and Alta.
