All BiH Armed Forces locations additionally secured

Necessary security measures have been taken at all BiH Armed Forces locations following the murder of two members of the Armed Forces of BiH near the Rajlovac barracks last night, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

We remind you that an armed attacker deliberately targeted a sports betting shop where two members of the BiH Armed Forces were present and killed them on the spot. He then left the betting shop and started shooting at a third person, where a GRAS bus was also located. Several passengers were injured by glass shards, and the attacker fled.

The police soon surrounded him in his house, but the attacker soon after committed suicide.

The Ministry of Defence of BiH and the Armed Forces of BiH, with great sorrow and sympathy for the family members, announce that on November 18, 2015, at 7:35 PM, near the Rajlovac barracks in Sarajevo, members of the Armed Forces of BiH, Corporal Nedeljko Radić, born December 27, 1981, from Nevesinje, residing in Vogošća, married and father of one minor child, and Private First Class Armin Salkić, born August 08, 1989, from Vitez, were brutally murdered. Sergeant First Class Dževad Ljukovac from Sarajevo was slightly injured and, after receiving first aid, was sent for home treatment.

The attack on unarmed members of the BiH Armed Forces, who have served as an example throughout their military service and have always been ready to participate in any operation to assist the civilian population of Bosnia and Herzegovina, anywhere in its territory, is an attack on the entire Armed Forces of BiH, an attack on Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This heinous act will not stop the Armed Forces from being even more determined and ready to respond to all legal tasks in the service and interest of all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, writes NAP.
