Every day 36 people in BiH seek ombudsman's help

In 2014, a total of 13,178 citizens contacted the Ombudsman Institution, according to the institution's report, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

Of the total number, the Ombudsman Institution received 283 written submissions in which citizens sought various notices, information, and guidance on their problems and issues related to the exercise of their rights.

In addition, ombudsmen and associates made 3,079 contacts in offices where citizens had direct conversations with ombudsmen and ombudsman associates to explain and clarify certain cases, obtain expert information, and receive guidance for further actions in protecting their rights.
