NSRS Session to be Scheduled Tomorrow on Returning Competencies

(Patria) - Denis Šulić, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, confirmed for N1 that the NSRS Collegium session, where a special session on returning competencies will be scheduled, will be held tomorrow at 12 PM.

The Collegium will decide on the date, but the session is expected to be held at the end of the week, most likely on Friday, given that Šulić's proposal will be to work until the agenda is exhausted.

At its session held on November 12, 2021, the Collegium adopted the Proposed Agenda for the 24th Special Session of the NSRS, which includes five items.

Proposed Agenda for the 24th Special Session:

1. Information on the transfer of competencies from RS to the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a proposal for conclusions – proposal by the President of RS, the Government of RS, the BiH Presidency member from Republika Srpska, and the parliamentary groups of SNSD, SP, DEMOS, US, NPS, and the NDP Parliamentary Group;

2. Information on the transfer of competencies in the field of indirect taxation, with a proposal for conclusions;

3. Information on the judicial institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a proposal for conclusions;

4. Information on the transfer of competencies from RS to the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the field of defense and security, with a proposal for conclusions;

5. Declaration on constitutional principles.
