SNSD, HDZ and the "Trojka" to meet tomorrow: No laws without a law on the BiH Constitutional Court

(Patria) - SNSD President Milorad Dodik confirmed today that a meeting with HDZ and the "Trojka" parties will be held tomorrow.

"We started all of this, back in June we determined that we would proceed with the law on the HJPC and we said that in September we would start with the law on the Constitutional Court. What month is it now. Why haven't we started. We proposed that three substitute judges be elected by the BiH PA. Two by the RS NA, four by the FBiH, and three by the BiH PA. The Constitutional Court can only assess whether a decision is in accordance with the Constitution or not. You will not get a law on property at the BiH level. If any foreigner takes that measure, count on RS to make a decision on independence. We are not giving away the land. We do not dispute the FBiH's right to property. How did the FBiH assign land to a British company. They did not ask the prosecutor, but that is your business. With this decision, the FBiH Government has shown that it is an African tribe, let whoever wants to be angry", he said.

He continued, emphasizing that it will be seen who is honest here and who has done all sorts of things.

"Did Milorad Dodik visit that Tito in Dubai or not. There are pictures, evidence, there are transcripts, I have read it all and I know everything. And whoever that Tito paid for, some politicians, plane tickets for him and his family and paid for his stay in Dubai, that means nothing to anyone", he said, and when asked by journalists who he was referring to, he added that they should engage in investigative journalism.

When it comes to technical amendments to the Election Law, Dodik said that one cannot proceed with only one segment.

"Technical amendments were made because the devices were ordered because a business worth several million KM is collapsing", he added.

He reiterated that he insists that the Appellate Division of the BiH Court be in Banja Luka, but that there will be no agreement on laws until an agreement is reached on the BiH Constitutional Court, nor will judges be elected to the RS NA before that.
