Press conference tomorrow on the premiere of the film "Death Camps"

On the occasion of the premiere of the documentary film "Death Camps", which will be shown on November 24th at the Bosnian Cultural Center (BKC) in Sarajevo, the Association of Camp Victims of BiH is organizing a press conference for the media on Tuesday, at the Hotel Bosnia in Sarajevo, at 11 AM, reports the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

The documentary film "Death Camps" speaks about the crimes in the camps and the suffering of camp inmates during the bloody conflicts in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1992 to 1995. The interviewees in the film are camp inmates who testify about the suffering they went through, torture, abuse, and verdicts from the International Court of Justice in The Hague and domestic courts will also be used.

The project, which aims to preserve the suffering of camp inmates from oblivion, was carried out by the Association of Camp Victims in BiH in cooperation with the Association Pravda, an organization also involved in cinematography, and the director of this documentary is Avdo Huseinović, who has so far made several documentary films about the suffering of people during the aggression against BiH.

During the last aggression, about 539 camps were opened in BiH, through which more than 200,000 camp inmates passed.

The press conference at the "Bosnia" hotel will be attended by the President of the Association of Camp Victims in Bosnia and Herzegovina Jasmin Mešković, the film director Huseinović, the President of the Assembly of the Association of Camp Victims in BiH Sead Tabaković, and the President of the Supervisory Board of the Association Sakib Began, reports NAP.
