Highway from Međugorje to Bijača to open tomorrow

The official opening of the highway from the Međugorje interchange to the Bijača International Border Crossing will be held on Tuesday, September 16, at 7 PM - entrance to the highway from the direction of the Međugorje interchange, it was announced by Autoceste FBiH. Ensad Karić, director of JP Autoceste FBiH, Vjekoslav Bevanda, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, and Damir Hadžić, Minister of Communications and Transport in BiH, will address the attendees.

In addition to representatives from the political, cultural, and public life in BiH, international guests have also confirmed their attendance.

Before the official ceremony, a tour of the southern section will be organized, with the aim of adequately informing the BiH public, and to offer the best possible video recordings and photos.

4:00 PM arrival of journalists at COKP Zvirovići and accommodation in organized transport

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM tour of the entire southern section with stops at the following locations for filming and photography:

• Three bridges/viaducts: Studenčica, Trebižat, and Pavlović
• Bijela Vlaka Tunnel
• Međugorje Interchange
• Međugorje-Zvirovići Side Toll Station
• Kravice Rest Area
• Zvirići Main Toll Station
• Zvirići Maintenance and Traffic Control Center
• Bijača Border Crossing

From 6:00 PM, interested media representatives will be able to take statements from Ensad Karić, director of JP Autoceste FBiH, it was announced by Autoceste FBiH.
