Emergency session of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly tomorrow, will the Government be confirmed on March 6

The formation of the government in Sarajevo Canton is still on hold. An emergency session of the Assembly has been scheduled for tomorrow, but the agenda does not include consideration of the formation of the executive branch, writes the Patria news agency. 

The confirmation of the new Cantonal government has been announced for March 6. As things currently stand, it is uncertain whether this will happen, and whether the Assembly of Sarajevo Canton will be held on that day. 

As a reminder, delegations of the cantonal organizations of the SDA and the Democratic Front have tentatively agreed on the distribution of ministerial portfolios. The final meeting, at which the distribution of portfolios was supposed to be officially confirmed, after which the names of future ministers and deputies would be submitted to Prime Minister Elmedin Konaković without explanation, has been postponed. 

The question is whether all these developments at the Federation level, where a blockade in negotiations has occurred, are directly reflected at the cantonal level as well.
