Urgent session of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament tomorrow due to vaccine procurement

(Patria) - The 7th urgent session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH is being held tomorrow in Sarajevo.

The session was convened at the request of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH to consider the Bill on Amendments to the Public Procurement Law by urgent procedure of 26 February 2021.

Also on the agenda will be the request of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH to consider the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices by urgent procedure, in accordance with the article.

Deputies of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted amendments to the Law on Public Procurement and the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices by urgent procedure, at the request of deputies from the Club of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA).

The proposed amendments are intended to create a legal framework that allows for the direct procurement of coronavirus vaccines from manufacturers.
