Be quiet when you read this, they'll hear you: Beware of spies!

Power and espionage, from the first organized community to the present day, go hand in hand. They are inseparable and always serve the same purpose. Espionage, like the state, has grown, shaped itself, and adapted to the system and the times.

Today, it is sophisticated, easily carried out, and widely used. Great powers, rulers, criminals, and various other sorts from the underworld spy on each other.

The most modern states in the world are not protected from spies and espionage by those who wish to rule as much as they wish to live.

However, intelligence tyranny and pressure are rarely as present as in today's Bosnia and Herzegovina. Sophisticated espionage operations have been reduced to gossip, and intelligence, security, and police institutions are subordinate to one man, his party, and his interests.

And all along ethnic lines of demarcation. They are over there, we are here. That cult line, "the air trembles as if the sky is burning," has become an ambient reality.

Here, a numbered man spies, there Dodik's lineage, and Čović also has his shadows for hidden secrets. In the past, factories, military facilities, and similar objects were spied upon. Today, almost everything is spied upon. Women weeding potatoes and welders, police officers, journalists, drivers...

All in the service of three identical examples of the Ceaușescu doctrine. Control of the nation and ethnicity within it has become an inevitable weapon in the political war to remain in power.

Osamka and his henchmen report what anyone thinks, says, or does against the married couple of Lenin's lineage. There are many testimonies, and we heard the latest last night on N1 television, when the current Minister of Internal Affairs, Aljoša Čampara, openly stated that agents of the Intelligence-Security Agency of BiH had photographed him in front of his family home.

They listen to us, and as Čampara said, "Kalimero photographs and follows us."

If they photograph the minister, what are they doing to us, the so-called ordinary citizens? The holy Islamic book, the Quran, says: "Do not fear the illiterate and the literate, fear the semi-literate." As if someone, a thousand years ago and more, was describing Bakir's man numbered 8. A semi-literate person, finished high school, but a university degree never suited him. Someone, in Asimov's style, finished three for him, and it turned out he didn't finish any. Now they want to prosecute him for it.

Well, such an Osman Mehmedagić is the best and most dangerous puppet in the hands of Izetbegović's regime and dictatorship. That's why Izetbegović(i) protects him like the apple of his eye.

And the other political misfortune has its puppet too. On the other side of the ethnic line is Milorad Dodik. In his own style, almost roguish, Dodik tells his political opponents in front of the highest institution of the entity he swears by that he is eavesdropping on them. And he asks his Minister of Internal Affairs, Dragan Lukač, for confirmation: "Tell me, did we eavesdrop on them?"

Dodik also controls the State Investigation and Protection Agency, with a much wider reach and better equipment. There he can eavesdrop on whomever he wants, whenever he wants.

Čović is not immune to spying either, and given that he controls part of OSA, SIPA, Border Police, and cantonal police, he has a lot of equipment at his disposal.

The story of intra-party factions throughout BiH is a separate matter altogether. We have become a country of agents and spies. As if we are not living in the 21st century, but are in a Cold Internal War. In fact, everything is the same as if we are living in Bond films. Only without special effects, in our case, it's called war.

Therefore, no one in BiH is safe anymore from the eavesdropping of party pashas and their consorts.

We whisper more and more, watching where and what we say.
