At today's session of the City Council of the City of Sarajevo, Suljo Agić (SDA) was elected as the new chairman, writes the Patria News Agency.
In a secret ballot of 28 councilors, 22 voted for Agić, while his opponent Vibor Handžić (Our Party) received six votes.
Instead of Sabahudin Delić (SDA), Amela Mekić (SDA) and Haris Pleha (BOSS), who received mandates in the Sarajevo Canton Assembly, the city councilors as of today are Vernes Ćosić, Slaven Kovačević and Jasmin Smiječanin.
