Conflict of interest: Kahriman's appointment as head of BH Telecom violates the Statute and the law!

(Patria) - The Supervisory Board of BH Telecom, with prior consent from the FBiH Government, appointed Sedin Kahriman as the general director of this joint-stock company.
Kahriman was previously acting general director, and will remain in his new position for four years.

However, with this appointment we once again saw typical SDA behavior when it comes to staffing. They choose a person and then find a position for them.

When it comes to Kahriman, he is in a conflict of interest because he simultaneously heads the Personnel Commission of the SDA Sarajevo!?

Kahriman is otherwise close to Asim Sarajlić, which brought him to the head of the Commission.

This choice will only confirm what everyone already knew. Sarajlić formally "stepped aside," while with the approval of Bakir Izetbegović, he will obviously remain the main SDA personnel officer. Kahriman is proof of that.

BH Telecom's Statute is clear - persons holding a function in political parties cannot be appointed as general director or executive directors. In addition to violating the Statute, the Law on Conflict of Interest has also been violated.

The FBiH Government, we remind, gave prior consent last week to the Supervisory Board of BH Telecom Sarajevo to make a decision on appointing Kahriman as general director of this joint-stock company, for a period of four years.
