Conflict of Interest: Džindić Still Manages Company TMR with Prime Minister Novalić

Nermin Džindić, SBB minister of Energy, Industry and Mining of FBiH, and Fadil Novalić, Prime Minister of FBiH, have very good connections and acquaintances, and they are also linked by a joint company “Termo Metal Resist" (TMR), which was previously reported by the Patria News Agency.

What is devastating is that Nermin Džindić, as one of the founders of this company, is still listed as a founder of TMR, even though his appointment was confirmed on October 28th this year. The authorities' disregard for legal work is also evident from the fact that no changes have been made in the Business Entities Register during this period since October 28th.

- It is incomprehensible that Džindić is still a founder and owns his own company, especially in the sector he currently manages as a minister, and that the prime minister's relatives sit on the company's Management Board – says our source.

TMR was founded in April 2008, but interestingly, it has only been operating successfully for the last two years. The invested capital is 35,677, Ada Novalić paid 95,531, Munir Novalić 71,014, Azra Novalić 40,709, and Naida Novalić 67,571 KM. The total capital of the company is 378,341 KM.

It is interesting that among the founders is also Samir Iskrić, head of Prime Minister Novalić's office, and the prime minister's daughter Ada is the director.  

Iskrić is Novalić's trusted man, just like Džindić. He managed the finances of the football club Zvijezda, and he also managed the financial service at Cimos TMD. Cimos TMD, led by Novalić, was also a sponsor of the local football club Zvijezda, to which Cimos gave up to 100,000 euros annually.
