Zubac trial to be continued on 31 October

The trial of Goran Zubac, director of SIPA, has been scheduled for 31 October, reports the Patria news agency.

Namely, the continuation of the trial of Goran Zubac was scheduled for 10 October, but at the request of his attorney Dragiša Jokić, the trial was cancelled. The Court earlier confirmed that Jokić submitted a request to postpone the hearing with certain medical documentation, which the court accepted.

Incidentally, the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina charges Goran Zubac with negligent work in service, because he refused to provide the requested assistance to the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies during the violent demonstrations on 7 February in Sarajevo.

At the hearing, which was scheduled for 10 October at the invitation of the Prosecutor's Office, Fahrudin Radončić, Nedeljko Škrba, Dragan Lukač, Dragan Golijanin and Blažan Trgić were to testify about those events.
