Trial of Radončić and others: Continuation of Azra Sarić's testimony

At the Court of BiH on Wednesday, June 1, the continuation of the main hearing in the case of Fahrudin Radončić and others will be held, where the direct examination of key witness Azra Sarić will continue, as well as the cross-examination by the defense of the accused Bakir Dautbašić, Bilsena Šahman, and Zijad Hadžijahić.

We remind you that the testimony of Azra Sarić cannot be publicly disclosed according to the decision of the Trial Panel.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment in February of this year against Fahrudin Radončić, Bakir Dautbašić, Bilsena Šahman, and Zijad Hadžijahić, who are accused of, among other things, organizing and becoming members of an organized group of people and committing criminal offenses through their actions, mutual agreements, and interconnected actions, including obstruction of justice and influencing witnesses, writes NAP.
