According to the schedule on the official website of the Court of BiH, the trial of wartime commander of Srebrenica Naser Orić will begin on Tuesday, January 26, writes the Patria News Agency.
Orić's comrade-in-arms Sabahudin Muhić is also on trial in this case. The two of them are accused before the Court of BiH for crimes against Serb prisoners in 1992 in the areas of Srebrenica and Bratunac.
On September 9 last year, the Court of BiH confirmed three counts of the indictment against Orić and Muhić for crimes against prisoners of war, namely that in 1992, in the villages of Zalazje, Lolići, and Kunjerac, they killed three prisoners of Serb nationality: Slobodan Ilić, Milutin Milošević, and Mitar Savić.
On October 19, the accused denied guilt before the Court of BiH.
