Court banned Hadžibajrićs from contacting Karišik, but they can leave BiH as their travel documents were not confiscated

(Patria) - After the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo lifted the custody of the accused Ibrahim Hadžibajrić, Seid Hadžibajrić and Elmedin Karišik, at the proposal of the acting prosecutor, the same court imposed prohibition measures, the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office announced.

These include a ban on meeting with certain persons, in a way that the accused Ibrahim Hadžibajrić and Seid Hadžibajrić are prohibited from directly or indirectly communicating and contacting the accused Elmedin Karišik in any way, and from approaching him within a distance of 100 meters, except when they are inside the premises of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo for the purpose of holding the main trial or other procedural actions in this criminal case.

At the same time, the Prosecutor's Office's proposal to ban the accused from leaving BiH and confiscate their passports was rejected.

The trial at the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo is ongoing.
