Court in Čapljina issues interim measure: Sale of Naftni terminali Dretelj assets prohibited

(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Čapljina has accepted the proposal of the BiH Attorney's Office and issued an interim measure banning the sale of real estate belonging to Naftni terminali Dretelj. The attorneys acted in this case because it concerns state property.

The Municipal Court in Mostar rejected the requests of the BiH Attorney's Office, but given the interim measure of the court in Čapljina, the sale will not take place.

The interim measure is in effect until the conclusion of the litigation where the issue of ownership will be determined.

"An interim measure of security is ordered, and the Land Registry Office of the Municipal Court in Čapljina is instructed to record a note prohibiting the disposal and alienation of the real estate registered in land registry entry no. 567, cadastral municipality Dretelj, designated as cadastral plot 1499 according to the new survey, which corresponds to cadastral plot 529 registered in land registry entry no. 2, cadastral municipality Dretelj according to the old survey, and the real estate registered in land registry entry no. 816, cadastral municipality Dretelj, cadastral plot 573/2 registered in land registry entry no. 1, cadastral municipality Dretelj according to the old survey," stated in the decision of the Municipal Court in Čapljina.
