In the trial of Sakib Halilović and Elfeta Veseli, the State Court gave the BiH Prosecutor's Office two weeks to secure testimony via video link from a person from the Netherlands.
Prosecutor Miroslav Janjić said that he had contacted the Directorate for Legal and Operational Affairs of the Netherlands and that they told him he would be informed about the testimony date very soon. Presiding judge Darko Samardžić said that if the prosecutor does not provide the testimony date within two weeks, it will be considered that this witness is being abandoned.
The next hearing, or rather the status conference, is scheduled for February 23.
