Court of BiH: Closing arguments in the Zubac case

Goran Zubac, Director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency, has been on the defendant's bench before the Court of BiH for months, after the BiH Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment for dereliction of duty, writes the Patria News Agency.

Tomorrow, closing arguments will be presented in this case before Judge Mirsad Strika at the Court of BiH, after witnesses and experts have been examined.

We remind you that Zubac is accused of refusing to assist the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies when, on February 7, 2014, the Presidency of BiH building, among others, was on fire.

On June 16, 2014, the Court of BiH confirmed the indictment charging the accused Zubac with the criminal offense of dereliction of duty.
