Court of BiH returns indictment against Milorad Dodik for revision

(Patria) - The Court of BiH has returned the indictment against Milorad Dodik for revision, it has been confirmed for Istraga.

The indictment was returned because the BiH Prosecutor's Office did not describe at all what criminal offense the president of RS committed. It is now clear that the BiH Prosecutor's Office prepared the indictment for the sake of it, to calm the public!

We remind you that the BiH Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against Milorad Dodik and Miloš Lukić, who are charged with the criminal offense of non-implementation of decisions of the High Representative from Article 203.a paragraph.

The filing of the indictment is the result of an attempt by the authorities of Republika Srpska to block the implementation of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH by passing a special law in the entity parliament during July.

That law, which the National Assembly of RS passed on July 27, was annulled by the High Representative for BiH Christian Schmidt on July 1, using his powers.
