Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issues warrant for Barbara Pekić, owner of Sarajevo restaurant Dos Hermanos

(Patria) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued a red Interpol warrant for Barbara Pekić, owner of the elite Sarajevo restaurant Dos Hermanos, reports Istraga.ba.

The issuance of the warrant came almost two years after Barbara Pekić fled Bosnia and Herzegovina, avoiding arrest in the "Start" operation, aimed at Ibrahim Hadžibajrić and her (half)brother Sani Al Murda.

Despite the fact that Pekić is part of the organized criminal group of Sani Al Murda, one of the leaders of the Škaljari clan, state prosecutor Džermin Pašić has not to this day requested the blocking of the Dos Hermanos restaurant and the companies owned by this criminal group.

So, the owner of Dos Hermanos is on the run. She is suspected of money laundering from cocaine smuggling from South America. However, state prosecutor Džermin Pašić avoids requesting the blocking of this restaurant.

Before changing her name, Barbara Pekić was called Emina Alibegović. Although she had a fairly thick criminal record, this girl presented herself as a humanitarian.

Barbara is the formal owner of the company Golden Port d.o.o. Sarajevo, which owns the elite Sarajevo restaurant Dos Hermanos. She is also the formal owner of a Rent A Car company with over 300 cars.

However, none of these companies have been blocked even though the owner is on the run. The companies through which the Škaljari clan laundered drug money are still operating unhindered.

We remind you that at the beginning of May 2023, strong police forces raided Dos Hermanos. The responsible persons and the formal owner Barbara Pekić were not there. She had fled to Dubai a bit earlier.

State prosecutor Džermin Pašić, a few months before the operation, interrogated Barbara Pekić and thus let her know that she was suspected of organized crime.

And, logically, Barbara Pekić, real name Emina Alibegović, fled. Just as Barbara's half-brother - Sani Al Murda - had earlier fled from the state prosecutor and Pašić's friend Dubravko Čampara.

Sky communications that were available to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirm that this criminal group laundered money through Dos Hermanos.

Nenad Crnogorac writes in a group communication to Elmedin Karišik nicknamed Medo (prosecutor Pašić agreed to his release) that he was in Sarajevo.

Nenad Crnogorac: I met a man who introduced himself as Eko Šuntić. He says he has a company "Fourlines" and that he made furniture for Dos Hermanos and that he is originally from Bar. Sani, do you know him?

Sani Al Murda: Well, he ran away from my restaurant. He was supposed to work but he messed up the statics of the entire building when he was demolishing and cleaning the space. Because of that stench, I had to invest a lot more money so the building wouldn't collapse. Then he messed up something again and when I started yelling at him, he ran away and never came back. I wanted to send some guys to "skin" his legs, which I honestly plan to do. He's a fraudster who used to guard dogs for Keljmendi. Stay away from him, nothing with him.

Nenad Crnogorac: I have guys if you need them to break him or collect a debt if he owed.

Sani Al Murda: Yeah. Someone needs to be paid to beat him up good. But nicely, brother, to skin him with rebar so they break him good, arms, legs, etc.

From these communications, it is clear that the drug boss Sani Al Murda is the real owner of the Dos Hermanos restaurant. But these are not the only evidence. Here are more details.

When did they interrogate her? Is that something current now or from before? She was questioned at the MUP two months ago. Hmm... Damn them. And the statement she gave at the MUP, does it incriminate him personally or? Okay, can I tell the asshole that I can arrange for him to have no pressure on the investigation (I won't mention any names) and for him to finish this and that for us.
