(Patria) - The trial of the accused President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and acting director of the Official Gazette of RS Miloš Lukić will continue on December 20, the Court of BiH confirmed.
Lawyer Goran Bubić, who represents Dodik, stated that the Court of BiH informed them via fax that the trial date remains December 20, starting at 1 PM.
Dodik and Lukić are accused of not respecting and not implementing the decisions of High Representative Christian Schmidt. They pleaded not guilty, which the judge considered a denial of guilt.
The Court of BiH rejected the defense's request to move the trial to Banja Luka.
