(Patria) - The BiH Court has postponed the continuation of the trial of RS President Milorad Dodik and Acting Director of the Official Gazette of RS Miloš Lukić to Monday, December 30.
The previous hearing was scheduled for December 25.
Milorad Dodik's defense submitted certain medical documentation to the BiH Court justifying his absence from the hearing on December 25.
Dodik was hospitalized in Belgrade before the previous hearing in mid-December, where he also underwent surgery.
His lawyers claim he is unable to travel and sit in the courtroom, and they also challenged the findings of expert witness Haris Vranić, who examined Dodik's medical documentation and determined that he could follow the trial.
A special session of the National Assembly of RS will be held today in Banja Luka, and among the proposed conclusions is that Dodik and Lukić no longer respond to the summons of the BiH Court.
