BiH Court imposed prohibitory measures on Gordan Memija and six others, they are forbidden to communicate with other suspects and witnesses

(Patria) - The BiH Court imposed prohibitory measures on suspects from the Black tie 2 operation, namely Tarik Zulović, Haris Behram, Mirsad Skopak, Mak Šemšić, Elmir Sarić, Smail Šikalo, and Gordan Memija, as follows:

Gordan Memija – travel ban, and all his valid travel documents and other documents that can be used for this purpose have been temporarily confiscated, and he is forbidden to cross the state border using his identity card.

A measure prohibiting meetings with certain persons has been imposed, meaning suspects Zulović, Behram, Skopak, Šemšić, Sarić, Šikalo, and Memija are forbidden to meet and communicate in any way with other suspects in this criminal proceeding, as well as to communicate in any way with witnesses of the BiH Prosecutor's Office in this criminal case.

The Court warned in its decision that detention measures may be imposed on these suspects if they do not act in accordance with the measures imposed by this decision.
