Dodik's defense requested the recusal of judges Vesna Jesenković and Hilmo Vučinić, who, along with Amela Huskić, are members of the Panel that will issue a final decision in the case where Dodik was sentenced to one year in prison and a six-year ban on political activity.
As a reminder, Dodik's defense requested the recusal of the presiding judge of the Appellate Panel, Vesna Jesenković, and a member of that panel, Hilmo Vučinić, today.
The recusal request stated that a judge who participated in the previous proceedings cannot participate in the appeal proceedings.
Dodik's team, which arrived at the Court of BiH today, included lawyer Goran Bubić and legal advisors Goran Petronijević and Ante Nobilo.
Dodik was found guilty of disrespecting the decisions of High Representative Christian Schmidt and was sentenced to one year in prison and a six-year ban on political activity in the first-instance proceedings.
