Court of BiH rejects indictment against OSA director: Did Ranko meet with Osmic because of this?

(Patria) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina yesterday rejected the indictment against the director of the Intelligence-Security Agency (OSA) of BiH, Osman Mehmedagić, and the Minister of Security of BiH, Selmo Cikotić, and as we unofficially learn, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has already forwarded an appeal to the Court of BiH against the decision of the preliminary proceedings judge, writes PRESS.

This concerns the indictment in the case “Security Checks” which the Prosecutor's Office of BiH forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation on December 14, 2020. On the same day, as the media have already reported, the President of the Court of BiH, Ranko Debevec, met with the defendant and OSA director Osman Mehmedagić in a residential building in Sarajevo's Branilaca Sarajeva street.

Certainly, the question remains open as to what the President of the Court was doing with the defendant, as Mehmedagić is being tried for abuse of office. If they had a business meeting, why did they not hold the meeting in the offices?
