Court of BiH: Trial of Dodik and Lukić Continues

(Patria) - The trial of RS President Milorad Dodik and acting director of the "Official Gazette of RS" Miloš Lukić will continue today at the Court of BiH.

Dodik's defense attorney, Goran Bubić, stated that today's session is scheduled to include testimony from constitutional law professor Siniša Karan and legal advisor Slavko Mitrović. The defense's material evidence is also expected to be presented.

- These are our duplicate pieces of evidence, meaning evidence that follows the evidence presented by the BiH Prosecutor's Office. They were previously approved by the Court of BiH - Bubić said.

The hearing for Dodik and Lukić is scheduled for today at 1:00 PM.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office accuses Dodik and Lukić of disrespecting the decisions of the High Representative of the international community in BiH, Christian Schmidt.
