The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina could not officially announce this morning whether an indictment has been filed against Goran Zubac, Director of SIPA, writes the Patria News Agency. As stated by the Court of BiH for NAP, they have not yet received the dispatch notes.
Otherwise, Zubac is accused of dereliction of duty, because he did not take any action during the violent protests in February of this year when the BiH Presidency building was set on fire.
Earlier, Zubac's lawyer Dragiša Jokić said that they still have not received a letter from the Court of BiH, while the BiH Prosecutor's Office says they will not provide this information, as it is news from the Court of BiH, so it would not be correct for them to say anything.
Otherwise, Dragiša Jokić is a prominent lawyer from East Sarajevo, and he also defended Đorđe Ždrale, who was convicted of the murder of Ljubiša Savić Mauzer, former head of the RS police administration.
Jokić is also known for his arrogant behavior before the Court, and the Court of BiH fined him 1,000 marks during Ždrale's trial for contempt of court.
