The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has not yet announced a decision regarding the potential imposition of restrictive measures on Naser Orić, the wartime commander of the defense of Srebrenica, Patria has confirmed with the Public Relations Department of the Court of BiH.
The BiH Prosecutor's Office requested restrictive measures for Orić, including limiting his movement to the Sarajevo Canton and Zenica-Doboj Canton, confiscation of travel documents, and an obligation to report to the Centar Police Station in Sarajevo weekly.
The Court of BiH stated that they do not yet know when the final decision of the pre-trial judge might be known. A hearing in this case was held on Monday.
