Conditions created for the work of the Anti-Corruption Agency

The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina at today's session adopted the Rulebook on the internal organization of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption and Coordination of the Fight against Corruption, thereby creating material, technical and personnel prerequisites for the start of work and functioning of the Agency in accordance with the Law on the Agency, reports the Patria news agency.

At the same time, the obligation related to the Law on the Protection of Persons Reporting Corruption in the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina is being fulfilled, not only in terms of supervising the application of this law but also ensuring the execution of one of the legal competencies, handling reports of corrupt behavior and protecting whistleblowers, announced the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
