Students Conquer Bjelašnica Again on Saturday

For the fourth year in a row, Student Hikes are organizing the traditional Student Hike to Bjelašnica, which is already proven to be the best fun on the mountain and takes place in Babin Do, reports the Patria News Agency. 

On Saturday, February 21st, the fourth student hike to Bjelašnica is being organized, with departure at 9 AM from the University of Sarajevo Campus. Several thousand students and young people participate in the hike's activities, and the main attraction is certainly the ski pass obtained by registering for the hike.

For the second time this season, student hikes are offering students the chance to visit our Olympic mountain. The first time was in December, with 2200 students and young people participating, and all those who missed it then, or wish to repeat it, can now do so, only this time free skiing, snowboarding, and competitions in the following disciplines are being organized:

Snow figure making
Sledding,
Snow football
Socializing with GOULASH and tea,
Tug of war,
Sack racing,
Card games (Gudvanje),
Prize games and many more interesting activities.

The price of the hike is 10.00 KM, and besides all activities, it includes the use of ski lifts. In addition to the one-day hike, you can also register for the two-day hike option, with accommodation organized at the Maršal Hotel.

All participants of the Bjelašnica hike will enter a prize draw where they can win a trip to Prague. All interested individuals can register at the Faculty of Economics on Thursday and Friday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM!
