Foreigners against foreigners: Dodik and Čović in a new episode - brainwashing and sanctions

- It is high time that the institutions of BiH and its representatives take responsibility for this state“, is the joint stance of Dodik and Čović after the gathering in Banja Luka. For institutions to take responsibility, this duo would immediately be in the dock, prosecuted, probably behind bars, rather than negotiating judicial reforms.

The question is simple: Can people against whom proceedings are underway for the worst forms of corruption prepare and propose changes to the judicial system? Can they do this before clearing themselves of the charges? Why are Dodik and Čović attacking the Constitutional Court of BiH? Why do they not consult their legal experts on the quality of the work of the Constitutional Court of BiH?

All the rulings of this institution are available to top European legal experts and are under constant assessment. These assessments indicate that these are top-notch rulings, on par with the rulings of constitutional courts in the most powerful European democracies.

Parallel to this, should someone assess the competencies of this cheap political duo? Or would that be an impossible mission because they are absolute legal laymen? The fact is that the two national leaders agree on everything without asking the third and fourth for their opinion. Namely, why do Čović and Dodik not allow equality for Others in Bosnia and Herzegovina? Why do they not mention decade-old rulings of the European Court of Human Rights, such as the Sejdić-Finci ruling?

Are those rulings of the European Court unacceptable because the judges in Strasbourg are all foreigners? Why is an advocate of BiH's European path against European law?

Where does this duo get this sort of political xenophobia? After the usual Islamophobia, we have suddenly received xenophobia of equal intensity. Presumably from the need to abolish or atrophy the most important institution of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to free them from responsibility, and to give free rein to every kind of evil.

Čović and Dodik said they are against the revision of BiH's lawsuit against Serbia for genocide. Presumably because the judges there are also foreigners. The judges in the Tribunal in The Hague, where the political and military leadership of the RS and Herceg-Bosna have been and are being tried, are also foreigners.

Because the brutality of crimes against besieged cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina disturbed the world public to such an extent that the Tribunal was a necessity. Because the joint criminal enterprises of Milošević and Tuđman became an international fact. That is why peace agreements for BiH were signed in the USA, France, Germany, and never in the Balkans. Why are foreign judges a problem? In what way are Dodik and Čović domestic? They are also foreigners, because they hold citizenships of foreign states!

By domestic indictments for crime? By the fact that both of them run for opinions outside this state, to Belgrade and Zagreb. And in doing so, they seek support and patronage for their destructive ideas, which they then bring back to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Almost like the wretched henchmen of Milošević and Tuđman, the domestic war criminals Karadžić and Boban. Čović went to the feet of the sanctioned Dodik, and the question is how his hitherto loyal patrons from Zagreb will react to this. Because there is something ugly in that move by Čović. This meeting occurs after the brutal personal accusations that Dodik declaimed against the American ambassador.

It resembles cynicism of the worst kind, because, ostensibly, through democratic dialogue, the departure of foreigners from the Constitutional Court of BiH is sought, whose ruling was supported by the US administration by sanctioning Dodik after the marking of January 9. Why does Čović, with this ugly dose of cynicism, violate the sanctions against Dodik and revive his image and misdeed?
