
(Patria) - NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg is expected to visit Bosnia and Herzegovina soon.
According to the portal Istraga, the head of the NATO alliance is expected to visit our country in the middle of this month.
Stoltenberg's mandate as Secretary General has been extended until October 2024. Since 2014, the Norwegian politician Stoltenberg (63) has served as the 13th Secretary General of the alliance.

In February of this year, he announced strengthening NATO's support for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During a meeting with member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Bećirović in Brussels in January of this year, he called on all political leaders in BiH to refrain from divisive rhetoric.
He then expressed concern about separatist actions and divisive rhetoric that could be "fertile ground for malicious foreign activities".
