Stolac: More than 55% of voters cast ballots by 3 PM

Repeated elections for the mayor and municipal council are being held in the municipality of Stolac today. By 3:00 PM, out of 10,012 registered voters at regular polling stations, 5,563 or 55.56% of voters have cast their ballots.

The number of voters in the municipality of Stolac is 11,404, of which 10,012 are regular voters, 1,321 voters registered outside of BiH, 31 voters registered to vote in absentia, and 40 voters registered to vote in person.

Bosniaks eligible to vote boycotted the elections until 1 PM, and then they started massively turning out to polling stations, which reflected in an enormous increase in the percentage compared to the data at 11 AM.

New data on voter turnout will be released after the polling stations close.
