One Hundred Days of Their Rule: The Results Are Clear - Political Charlatanism Created Nothing Out of Nothing!

By Rasim Belko

Ministers in the Council of Ministers boasted about what they considered good work in the first 100 days. Today, ministers in the imposed FBiH Government are also boasting that they too have done their job in the first 100 days.

However, calculations and mathematics are exact data, and when we add and subtract, we have charlatanism from nothing to nothing.

The state government, which the Sarajevo Trojka swears by, was more subjected to various obstructions than it attempted to use its coalition capacity and act on solving the problems of the state and citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The laws that the current state government manages to prepare do not pass the filters of political parties that make up the Council of Ministers or the international partners of that government and the non-governmental sector. Such is, for example, the Law on the HJPC.

At the same time, while one of the leaders of the “Trojka” boasts about strengthening the BiH Armed Forces, these armed forces are denied modern American helicopters. There are no European laws, nor are there any important ones for the life of the most endangered species – the citizens and people of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

After months of work by the current Council of Ministers, only the statement remains: we came and we anchored. Everything else would be inaccurate, unless we count the fact that the current composition of the BiH Council of Ministers enabled Milorad Dodik to paralyze Bosnia and Herzegovina.

All this is accompanied by Dodik's unprecedented arrogance, which culminated when he cursed the genocide to the leaders of the Trojka to their faces. Today, he is blackmailing them with the Law on the Constitutional Court of BiH.

Regarding the three months of the imposed FBiH Government, they started seriously retrogressively and unconstitutionally. They were imposed by the High Representative Christian Schmidt, violating all democratic norms that the West swears by.

And then, the protégés of coach Dragan Čović put on ministerial suits of Ustasha-criminal cut and attempted to rehabilitate the criminal Dario Kordić. First, the imposed President of FBiH, Lidija Bradara, presented him as a good friend and tried to open the way for him to enter political waters in FBiH.

Then, the imposed Minister of Culture and Sports, Sanja Vlaisavljević, came out with a story about the rehabilitation of war criminals, primarily thinking of Dario Kordić. The Trojka, which today boasts about the first hundred days of work, did not dare to react because Uncle Dragan Čović, alone or with Schmidt's help, can remove them from their seats, and that is still a sacred red line for the Trojka.

I read today how the ministers in the imposed FBiH Government are boasting about what they have done, writing what they did. The mirror of their work is the FBiH Parliament, which should adopt laws based on proposals from the FBiH Government. And such laws are rare; one of those we can single out is the Law on the Rights of Civilian Victims of War, which has been in preparation for a longer time, so it is not actually a law of the current government.

The current Government, as well as the accompanying parliamentary majority, cannot actually boast of their work, because when the prime minister has to withdraw a budget rebalance from the procedure, it is clear that things are not going well.

On the other hand, we see miners on the streets, we see workers of Krivaja protesting, so the question is, where do the ministers get the courage to even talk about the first hundred working days.

The Trojka members are clearly overestimating themselves, so Minister of Trade Vojin Mijatović presented projects planned for implementation as results after a hundred days, which are largely regular annual projects of that ministry.

The story of the FBiH Government as a service to citizens falls apart on the fact that the budget of this entity can easily get into trouble, but also that the parliamentary majority functions with difficulty, so because of this, ministers must calculate when proposing laws for the sake of peace in the house.

The only thing the imposed FBiH Government has been diligent and coordinated about are director positions and seats on boards and commissions. Judging by the reports after the Government sessions, filling the seats follows the coalition's program, and that is probably why the Trojka and HDZ feel satisfied with the government's work.

I haven't conducted a survey, but I am sure that 9 out of 10 citizens of FBiH would rate the first 100 days of the Government as unknown. Because, no one could see any work, let alone results.

Therefore, the most appropriate assessment for the work of the Federal Government is from nothing into seats. And if they are really ready to say they are different and more efficient, let them offer the citizens of FBiH an online referendum on the Government's website, so we can all see the assessment together.

Although we all know that assessment, because it is not possible to give a positive assessment for something that the people, the citizens, have not felt in their shopping bags or the state of their bank accounts.

Charlatanism of nothing is a common assessment for the Council of Ministers and the FBiH Government. We hope that in the next hundred days, at least something will be visible, even if it is done the wrong way.
